- Making your Payment
- When you place an order, we require you to give us your credit card details via the web. We do now NOT accept credit card details via phone. Through the website and our SECURE SERVER is the safest option for bot you and us
We will also confirm with you that your required goods are in stock and available for despatch, and if they are unavailable at that time, approximately how long it would take to get the items for you. Once you have placed an order please regularly check your email for updates. If you have a Hotmail or Yahoo account please check in your 'junk' folder as quite often legitimate emails end up in there.
YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED WHEN YOU CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. WE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOUR CARD MANUALLY, ONCE THE GOODS ARE READY FOR DESPATCH. THE EXCEPTION TO THIS IS WHEN GOODS HAVE TO BE ORDERED FROM SUPPLIERS OR RESERVED.
We accept Visa , Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.
If you wish to pay by personal cheque, you may do so to the address given on the contacts page. However we cannot despatch any goods until your payment has cleared. We also accept payment by PayPal, up to a value of £200 only. Orders paid for through Paypal will only be sent to the address REGISTERED to the Paypal account. If you wish it to go to another address then you need to register a GIFT address with Paypal.

- Shipping and Handling
- We take great care to package everything against damage. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery (normally 5-7 working days)

- Bikes…….£20 for orders below £1000 above £1000 carriage free
- Accessories.....variable, please use the cart to calculate the rate.
We do reserve the right to charge an additional postage surcharge to that displayed at checkout for orders outside the UK where the order is particularly heavy, bulky or valuable. You will be contacted with the amount of the surcharge if this applies to your order. The order will not be dispatched until the surcharge is paid

- VAT
- All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%
We do NOT accept orders exempt from VAT for any country outside the EEC

- Back Orders
- If your item is not in stock, you will be given the option to back order it. If you choose to back order, you will be given an expected date for delivery and we will do our utmost to keep to that date, although we are at the mercy of our suppliers. Back orders may attract a 50% deposit at the point of ordering and will have the balance charged in full as soon as the product is despatched.
If we fail to get you the item requested within the agreed delivery time, your deposit will be refunded in full and the back order cancelled if you require. You will also have the opportunity to extend the back order if you choose.

Any complaints, will be handled fairly, be confidential, and effective. If your query cannot be resolved immediately, you will be kept informed of the progress, and given an indication as to when a resolution should be reached.
We are human and we do make mistakes but we ask you to give us the chance to correct the mistake to the best of our ability
- Returns
- In the unlikely event that you need to return any goods to us, please follow the following guidelines;
- Contact us by email
- Obtain an authorisation number
- Carefully package the goods to ensure no damage is caused in transit.
Wherever possible, please return all original packaging.
In the instance of goods returned for credit where they were either ordered or delivered incorrectly, the packaging must be in it's original "unsold" condition, to avoid surplus charges.
Return by Recorded post or by a parcel carrier.
Items which are of a specific size such as helmets, clothing, pedals etc where the customer is responsible for ordering the correct size, will attract a 15% re-stocking fee. All special order items will also attract a re-stocking fee.
For faulty goods claims, these will be inspected upon receipt and either repaired or replaced if they are within the terms of the supplied warranty.
Any items deemed not to be faulty, but to have been misused, abused or neglected, will attract the appropriate charge and will only be returned if the return postage is paid. You will be informed of the findings of any inspection and will have the opportunity to appeal.
Postage and Packing fees are non refundable.
If we have sent the goods incorrectly, we will exchange for the correct items, and refund your postage, or refund you in full.
Returned goods must be sent recorded delivery and with an authorisation number from Push Bikes UK. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Disclaimer
- Do not sign for delivery of damaged goods (refuse delivery). This will enable us to send a replacement free of charge.
If goods need to be collected for any reason, all postage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. (unless otherwise agreed)
Disclaimer
to ensure your safety we require that your purchased cycle be assembled and adjusted by a trained competent cycle mechanic before use. You as the purchaser are responsible for all costs incurred. You must seek professional advice before using the product. As the owner of this product you are solely responsible for the cost of correct assembly and properly maintaining it in a safe operating condition. Activities such as "wheeliies" stunt riding or jumping will constitute misuse and will invalidate any guarantee that may be offered. We will not accept any third party costs involved whatsoever in maintaining, assembling, replacement or returning back to base the product.
